Questions about payment

You can pay via PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express), Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), and invoice (Klarna). Unfortunately, prepayment or cash on delivery is not possible.

As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an invoice from Klarna via email. If you don't find an invoice in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

If you have not received an invoice, please contact Klarna directly at 0221 66950110.

When purchasing on account through Klarna, you pay the invoice amount to Klarna within 14 days. When completing your order, you must provide your date of birth and phone number for verification purposes. Klarna will then conduct a credit check and decide whether or not you can purchase on account.

If this is not possible, please contact Klarna directly at 0221 66950110 or choose another payment method.

Invoice processing is not handled by Pferdegold, but by our partner Klarna.

After we ship your package, you will receive an email from Klarna with all your billing information. Please only use the information provided on the Klarna invoice. If you have any questions about your invoice or payment, please contact Klarna directly at +49 221 66950110.

If you have transferred the money to our company account (Pferdegold UG), please contact us by email at info@pferde-gold.de. We will then transfer your money back to you. You can then transfer the amount to Klarna.

The invoice will be sent as soon as the package is on its way. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice via Klarna.

Please contact Klarna. You can reach Klarna via chat or by phone at +49 22 166 950 110. Or you can go to www.klarna.com . There you will find all the information about your invoice. Use the email address you used when placing your order to log in. After authentication, you can access the "Payments" section on the left – there you will find your invoice. If you click the "Download PDF" button, you can download your invoice, including the bank transfer form.

You have 14 days to pay your invoice. Want to pay later? Klarna offers you various options. You can find them at Klarna.com.

If your return falls outside the 14-day payment deadline, you may sometimes receive a reminder. As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately notify Klarna, and the invoice, including any late payment fees, will be paid.

With the Sofortüberweisung payment option, you can choose between Sofortüberweisung (only possible with online banking) and direct debit.

With an instant bank transfer, you will be redirected to Klarna. There, please first enter your bank details, then your online banking credentials (customer number and password). You will then receive a TAN, which you enter in the designated field and submit. If everything went smoothly, you will receive an order confirmation from us, and your package will be packed and sent to you immediately.

If you would like to pay by direct debit, select "Instant Transfer" and click the Pay button. You will then be redirected to Klarna. There you can choose between "Instant Transfer" and "Direct Debit." For a credit check, please provide your date of birth and phone number. If everything went smoothly, enter your IBAN. Then you can place your order. You will then receive an order confirmation and confirmation of the direct debit mandate from Klarna (please also check your spam folder).

If Express Checkout is automatically selected and you want to pay with an alternative payment method instead of your credit card, close the Express Checkout window by clicking the "X." You can then select your preferred payment method under the "Payment" tab.

Simply send us an email to info@pferde-gold.de and request an accounting invoice for PGxxxxx. We will then send you your invoice by email.

Questions about ordering

"You can order on both your mobile phone and your computer. We can only accept orders with a valid email address.

And this is how it works:

1. On the Pferdegold order page, you can select how many buckets you'd like to order. Then simply click the "Add to Cart" button.

2. In the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of buckets if necessary. Then click the "Checkout" button.

3. Under Contact Information, enter your email address and delivery address. Please make sure you enter the correct address and don't forget your house number. Then click "Continue to Shipping."

4 . Here you can check your contact details again and click "Continue to payment."

5. There, select one of the payment methods listed. You can also enter a different billing address. Then click "Pay Now." Depending on the payment method you selected, you will be redirected to a different page. If everything went smoothly, you will be redirected to the checkout page where your order will be confirmed. You will then receive an order confirmation from us via email. Your package will be packed immediately and sent to you.

Would you like to cancel your order? Please send us an email to info@pferde-gold.de immediately after placing your order with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line and the order number (PGXXXXX). We will do our best to cancel your order. Since our packing staff usually starts packing immediately after receiving your order to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, cancellation is unfortunately not possible in some cases.

You can only use a coupon code for one can of each variety. To do so, go to "Checkout": On the right side, there's a field where you can enter and apply the discount code. On your mobile phone or tablet, enter the coupon code when you get to the checkout. There, tap the "View Order Summary" field. This will open the coupon field.

If you received a confirmation email after completing your order, everything went smoothly.

Sometimes the €20 discount on a double pack isn't registered correctly by the system. It's best to return to your shopping cart and set the quantity to 1. Then enter your desired quantity again. It should work. If not, please send us an email to info@pferde-gold.de . We'll be happy to help!

Vouchers can only be redeemed for one can of each variety. If you order more than one can, the double pack discount will automatically apply.

A further discount is then not possible.

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Questions about the customer account

Because your delivery address is saved in your customer account, you can order from us faster and more easily. You also have an overview of all your orders at any time and can see the current shipping status of your order.

"Would you like to create a customer account with us? We're delighted!

1. In the online shop, click on the little man next to the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

2. On the login page, click on “Register as a new customer.”

3 . Then enter your contact details and click “Create.”

4 . After you confirm that you are not a robot, we will send you an email.

5. In the email, click "Activate your account." You will then be redirected to your Pferdegold customer account.

You will also receive a confirmation email from us.

In your customer account, you can view all orders and change your address at any time."

"Have you forgotten your password for your Pferdegold customer account or do you want to change it?

1. First, go to the login page for your customer account. Then click on "Forgot password?" in the bottom right corner.

2 . Now enter your email address and click “Send.”

3 . You have to confirm that you are not a robot :)

4. If that worked, you'll receive an email from us. Click the "Reset your password" button there.

5. You will then be redirected to our website. Here you can enter your new password and reset your old one.

Is your horse particularly picky? Then start by feeding just a few crumbs to get your horse used to the food. Then gradually increase the portion. It's best to take a break for one or two days and then try again. Often, the smell scares horses away. Adding malt beer, apple, banana, or aromatic herbs has proven effective.

Nothing works? No problem! You can return the food within 30 days of receipt.

Return & Refund

Want to return a bucket? No problem! It's important that you strictly adhere to the 30-day return period. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot refund your money. Please send us an email to info@pferde-gold.de and tell us that you would like to return the buckets. Please include your order number (PGxxxxx). You will then receive all the information on how to return the buckets. Unfortunately, we do not have a return slip, so you would have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Important: Please make sure that the 30 days have not yet expired, otherwise we unfortunately cannot refund your money.

Once we receive the return, we will refund the money using the same method used to pay.
